Microbiologics To Expand St. Cloud Location

ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud bio-science company is planning a major expansion this fall.

Microbiologics is celebrating its 40th year in St. Cloud and will undertake a $3.2-million expansion project that will create a 19,200 square-foot production lab, warehouse and office.

CEO Brad Goskowiecz says they plan to immediately add 13 full-time jobs with the expansion.  It will also allow for any future growth Microbiologics may experience in the future.

The St. Cloud city council approved two small loans and a $250-thousand tax increment financing district to help Microbiologics with the expansion.

Goskowiecz says they plan to re-develop the whole block that used to be Don Robinson motors at 217 Osseo Avenue North. He says it will improve the curb appeal in that area and improve their operations.
