UPDATE: Missing Man Makes Contact With Family, Whereabouts Still Unknown

DARWIN -- Authorities continue to look for a missing Darwin man in Meeker County.

Sheriff Brian Cruze says 32-year-old John Rassat  was last seen at about 11:30 a.m. Friday.

Cruze says Rassat made brief contact by phone to his family Saturday night, however his whereabouts and well being are still unknown.

Rassat is described as white man 5’7”, 170 pounds, with hazel eyes, and brown hair. He was also wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans, an orange hat and goes by the name J.D.

Anyone with information on Rassat's whereabouts is asked to call the Meeker County Sheriff's Office.
