Mayor Kleis Talks about Potential Land Swap With School District [AUDIO]

St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis was my guest on WJON Friday during our weekly radio town hall meeting.  He talked about the District 742 school board unanimously voting to move toward building a new Tech high school.  The Mayor suggested that the District and the city could swap land on either side of 33rd Street South.  Listen to the conversation below.
