Marlen E. Anderson, age 60, of Cold Spring died Sunday at the St. Cloud Hospital. All services are private.

Marlen was born March 22, 1954 in Minneapolis to Martin and Edith (Nygard) Anderson. He married Tammy Richter on August 31, 1985 in St. Cloud. Marlen worked as a railroad bridge builder for Burlington Northern for 25 years. He was a member of Church of Christ. Marlen was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed.

Marlen is survived by his loving wife, Tammy of Cold Spring; daughter, Becky Weeks of Eden Valley; sisters, Jan (Charlie) Kellner of Park Rapids, Cheryl Yost of Oakland Park, FL; and grandson, Billy. He is preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Bill Weeks.
