Mark T. Schloesser, 49, St. Joseph

December 15, 1967 - March 4, 2017

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in St. Joseph for Mark T. Schloesser, age 49, of St. Joseph. Mark passed away unexpectedly on March 4 at his home. Reverend Jerome Tupa, OSB will officiate. Private burial of cremated remains will take place at the St. Joseph’s Parish Cemetery in St. Joseph at a later date. Visitation will take place from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday at the Heritage Hall in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

Mark was born December 15, 1967 in North St. Paul to Thomas and Cheryl (Schmidt) Schloesser. He graduated from St. Cloud Apollo High School in 1986. He married Gail Mohs on December 1, 1989 in St. Joseph. He was self-employed as a roofer for many years. He will be remembered for his thoughtfulness for others and his ability to make others smile. He was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed it.

Mark is survived by his wife Gail, son Brandon, parents Tom and Cheryl, sister Rhonda Gill, grandmother Darlene Bias, and several nieces, nephews.

He is preceded in death by his brother Brian.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
