Margrette L. Lundgren, 99, Princeton

October 6, 1915 - June 11, 2015

Margrette L. Lundgren, age 99 of Princeton, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the Elim Home in Princeton. She was born on October 6, 1915 in Pine Brook to Nels & Christine (Anderson) Engblom. She was united in marriage to Roy Lundgren on June 27, 1936 at Zion Lutheran Church. After marriage the couple moved to the Engblom farm in Pine Brook and made this their home. The couple continued to farm. Margrette was a fire cracker who knew what hard work was on the farm. She was a wonderful wife and mother to her family.

Survivors include her children, Phyllis Kahler of Missoula, MT; Charles (Vicki) of Blaine; Wanda (Larry) Johnson of Ogilvie; 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Roy in 2003, siblings, Raymond, Irene Lindquist, Viola Engblom, Hazel Palm, Bill and two infant children.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM on Friday, June 19, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Princeton. Visitation will be from 9-11 AM Friday at the church in Princeton. Rev. Martin Hancer will officiate and burial will be in Green Lake Cemetery.
