Maple Lake Man Hurt in Collision In Wright County

MAPLE LAKE - A Maple Lake man was hurt in a rear end collision in Wright County.

Sixty-year-old Victor Sorenson was heading west on Highway 55 when he slowed to turn into a Cenex store in Maple Lake. He was rear ended by a pickup driven by 29-year-old Steven Whited of Brownton.

Sorenson was taken to Buffalo Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

The State Patrol says the crash happened just before 8:00 a.m. this (Friday) morning.
