Man Uses Gun In Albany, Says He Can’t Pay His Bill
ALBANY - An 18-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly pointing a gun at another man. Albany police say the incident happened at about 5:15 p.m. on Friday in the 700 block of Railroad Avenue.
Eighteen-year-old Walter Turcios allegedly pointed a handgun at the victim after he was unable to pay for services he received from the victim. Turcios did not fire the handgun and the victim did not receive any physical injuries during the incident.
Turcios was found on Interstate 94 near Avon where he was taken into custody.
Turcios is being held for court at the Stearns County Jail on charges of 2nd Degree Assault and Aggravated Robbery.
The Albany Police Department was assisted by the Avon Police Department, St Joseph Police Department, Stearns County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol.
