Man Suffers Broken Jaw from Drinking Glass

ST. CLOUD – St. Cloud police have arrested a 49-year-old St. Cloud man for allegedly breaking another man’s jaw with a drinking glass.
Melvin Vinson was arrested in the 500 block of 16th Avenue North early Sunday morning.
The 38-year-old victim was treated at St. Cloud Hospital.
