ST. CLOUD — St. Cloud Police and the FBI are investigating a bank robbery that took place at the American National bank Friday afternoon.

Police say a white man in his 60′s or 70′s, walked into the bank at 3210 Division Street West Friday, showed a gun and demanded money.

It happened at about 5:00 p.m.

A bank worker gave the man an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect left. He was seen leaving in a newer red or maroon Dodge hatchback.

The man is described as about 5-foot-10, light to medium build, gray hair and a scruffy face. Authorities say he was wearing blue jeans, a long sleeve tan or gray shirt, dark colored undershirt and dark colored baseball cap with an unknown logo.

Police are asking anyone who may have information on the robbery to give them a call.
