Man Sentenced for St. Cloud Home Invasion, Assault

ST. CLOUD - A man who earlier pleaded guilty to breaking into a St. Cloud home and beating a man has been sentenced in Stearns County Court.

Twenty-two-year-old Corey Becker of Grand Rapids will spend over 12 years in prison for First Degree Attempted Murder and Kidnapping. He plead guilty back in November to the incident that happened last June.

Becker is accused of breaking into the man's home, beating him, choking him, and demanding sex from him. Becker didn't know the victim.
