MINNEAPOLIS -- A 36-year-old St. Cloud man has pleaded guilty to robbing a St. Cloud bank last May.

Fehd El Mehdi Kourima pleaded guilty in federal court today (Thursday) to one count of bank robbery for the May 5th hold-up of the TCF Bank inside the Cashwise East store.

Records show Kourima entered the store, handed the teller a note that said "Put as many $100 bills as you can into this envelope in 15 seconds and no one gets hurt". He fled the scene but was later arrested.

Kourima faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in a federal prison, but a judge will ultimately determine his sentenced at a future hearing.

No one was hurt in the hold-up.
