Man Hospitalized After Crashing Into Benton County Courthouse

FOLEY - An elderly man is hospitalized after his vehicle struck the Benton County Courthouse in Foley.

Foley Police Chief Katie McMillan says the incident happened yesterday (Sunday) at about 3:50 p.m.

When officers arrived the man was unresponsive. He was taken to St. Cloud Hospital, where he's conscious and in stable condition.

It's not know what caused the crash.

There was minor damage to the building.
