Man Fatally Shot at Public Housing Complex in St. Paul

ST. PAUL (AP) — Police say a man has been fatally shot at a public housing complex in St. Paul.

The victim's neighbor has been taken to a police station for questioning. Authorities say the shooting took place Monday night at the 320-unit Roosevelt Homes on the east side of St. Paul. Responding officers found a man on a patio with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A man who lives in a unit that shares the patio with the victim is being questioned.
