MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - A Brooklyn Center man has been found guilty of shooting and wounding two gang rivals outside of Target Field in Minneapolis.

Twenty-eight-year-old James Davis was convicted Monday of two counts of attempted murder. He's accused of shooting Kibbie Walker and Cortez Blakemore as they left their cleaning jobs at the baseball park on April 12.

Officials say Davis is a member of the One Nines gang, while Walker and Blakemore are members of the Taliban gang. Davis allegedly was acting out of retaliation for a video that mocked the shooting death of One Nines' leader Tyrone Washington.

Sentencing for Davis is scheduled in mid-March.
