MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Prosecutors in Hennepin County say a dispute over a lawn mower led to a fatal shooting.

Sixty-one-year-old Edward Holzinger, of Minneapolis, is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of his neighbor. Holzinger is expected to make his first appearance Friday. Prosecutors are asking for $1 million bail.

According to the criminal complaint, Holzinger shot his neighbor, 47-year-old Bruce Brown, Tuesday night because they had been feuding over a lawn mower.

Authorities say Holzinger shot Brown while standing on his front porch, placed the handgun on a living room chair and went outside to wait for police.
