Man Charged With Four Different Counts

ST. CLOUD -- Police arrest and charged a man with two counts of disorderly conduct, obstructing legal process, and fleeing police on foot on Saturday.

Witnesses alleged that 32-year-old Patrick Fruth threw a garbage can onto the street near the intersection of 7th Ave and Saint Germain St. W, yelled at people and punched a vehicle.

When police arrived on the scene Fruth ran from them and was later taken into custody in the Chipolte parking lot.

Fruth was taken to the Stearns County Jail.
