MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Prosecutors have charged a 27-year-old man with second-degree murder in a fatal shooting near a downtown Minneapolis parking ramp last month.

Reports say Jermaine McMahon was charged Monday in the killing of 28-year-old Justin Murry Williams of Bloomington.

Williams was found in the early morning hours of March 27 near the 10th Street Ramp after being shot several times. He was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center, where he died.

McMahon was booked into the county jail Friday evening. He was being held on $1 million interim bail and is scheduled to make his first court appearance Tuesday.

Online court records do not list a defense attorney for McMahon.
