Man Arrested For Spitting on Victim and a Police Officer

St. Cloud Police were dispatched to the 200 block of 14th Avenue S.E. for an assault just before Seven Friday evening.

While attempting to investigate the original call for service, 45-year-old Bryan Kelvin Pritchett from St. Cloud, assaulted a 59-year-old St. Cloud resident by spitting on him.

Pritchett was placed under arrest and while seated in the back on the squad car, he spit in the face of a police officer. He was transported to Benton County Jail and is being held for court on charges of felony fourth degree assault, obstructing legal process, and disorderly conduct.
