Man Arrested For Allegedly Threatening Cab Driver With A Knife

A man was arrested for allegedly holding a knife against another man's throat.

St. Cloud police were called to the area of 1520 Sherburne Drive in St. Cloud at about 1:45 this (Friday) afternoon after being tipped-off that a man was allegedly threatening a cab driver with a box cutter.

Police arrested 39-year-old Phillip Baxter of Minneapolis.

He was taken to Sherburne County Jail.

Injuries to the victim were not life-threatening.
