ST. JOSEPH - A man is in jail after allegedly firing a gun at another man's house from a car.

The incident happened yesterday at about 2:30 p.m. on County Road 60 in St. Joseph.

The homeowner reported shots being fired from a pink Ford Probe as it passed. Upon further Police investigated it was determined the hole found in the house was unrelated to the shooting.

Police then searched the area and found the vehicle with four people inside.

Deputies also found a .25 caliber pistol and  2.5 grams of Methamphetamine. Arrested was 25 year old passenger Jeremy Sterzinger of St. Joseph. He is being held on charges of Terroristic threats, Drive-By Shooting and Possession of a controlled substance.

24 year old Cassandra Trimble of Little Canada, the owner of the car, was booked and released.

The driver, 24 year old Nicole Johnson of Blaine, had her 7 month old infant in the car. She was released at the scene but will be investigated for child endangerment.
