Man and Woman Arrested on Warrant, Drug Possession

ST. CLOUD - A man has been arrested on a warrant, and a woman for alleged marijuana possession, after being stopped while driving in St. Cloud.

St. Cloud Police report 25 year-old Anthony Kraus was driving near the intersection of Division Street and 25th Avenue Wednesday night just before 11:00 p.m. when he was pulled over for expired registration.

Investigators determined Kraus had a felony warrant. During his arrest, officers noticed drug paraphernalia, searched the vehicle and discovered a large amount of marijuana.

The owner of the vehicle, 22 year-old passenger Kaylin Krause, told police the pot was hers.

Both people were transported to Stearns County Jail. Kaylin Krause has since been released.
