ROSEVILLE, (AP) - Authorities say a St. Paul man accused of robbing a couple leaving a Roseville grocery store took nearly everything - credit cards, cash, identification and just about all of their groceries.

A criminal complaint says Jason Armstrong posed as a grocery store employee collecting carts when he jumped in the back seat of the couple's car outside Roseville Cub Foods last month.

It says Armstrong took the couple's possessions at gunpoint, but granted a request from the woman. She wanted to keep a pie crust and strawberries so she could make a pie for Father's Day. He left the berries and crust behind and fled on foot.

Armstrong is due in court Monday afternoon on aggravated robbery and kidnapping.
