ANOKA (AP) -- A 23-year-old Burnsville man is accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting two 13-year-old girls he met online.

Anoka County prosecutors charged Casey Lee Chinn on Thursday with third-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping and solicitation.

Authorities say Chinn met the girls through an online chat site and picked them up Monday evening in Andover.

Police tracked the girls to the Burnsville home of Chinn's parents Tuesday morning.

The complaint says the girls had been communicating with Chinn via text and social media apps for about a month.

When police searched the home, they found the girls "huddled behind a couch in the basement, crying and upset."

Reports say bail for Chinn is set at $300,000, with conditions.

Authorities say Chinn has worked at several metro-area schools and organizations as a coach.
