‘Mad Men’ Star To Play In All-Star Softball Game
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — "Mad Men" star Jon Hamm is coming to Minneapolis to play in a celebrity softball game as part of the All-Star game festivities.
The Minnesota Twins say Hamm will join TV personalities Andrew Zimmern and James Denton, former Twins Jack Morris and Jim Thome, Kevin Love of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Maya Moore of the Minnesota Lynx, Zach Parise of the Minnesota Wild and Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson.
The 2014 MLB Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game will be played July 13 at Target Field.
Hamm also stars in a new baseball movie "Million Dollar Arm." This is the fourth time he's played in the softball game.
Other participants will be announced later.
