Lucille W. “Lucy” Guck, 87, St. Cloud

June 19, 1928 - February 21, 2016

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Church of the Holy Spirit in St. Cloud for Lucille W. "Lucy" Guck, age 87, of St. Cloud. Lucille passed away February 21, 2016 at Cherrywood Advanced Living in St. Cloud. Reverend Thomas Knoblach will officiate. Burial will take place in Assumption Cemetery in St. Cloud.

Relatives and friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Parish Prayers will be at 5:30 p.m. Visitation will continue after 10 a.m. on Thursday at the church.

Lucille was born June 19, 1928 in Cold Spring, MN to Michael and Frances (Ruprecht) Schramel. She married Edwin F. Guck on June 1, 1950 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Cold Spring. Along with raising her family, Lucille enjoyed gardening, dancing to old time music, trips to the casino, playing cards and visiting with friends and family. She delighted in her grandchildren and loved family get-togethers. She was a long time member of Holy Spirit Parish.

Lucille is survived by her daughter Carol (John) Kenning of Luxemburg, son Tom (Jennifer) Guck of St. Cloud, three grandchildren Lindsay, Andrew, and Jordan, sisters Rita Anderson and Hilde Benda, brother Eldred (Nora) Schramel and sisters-in-law Cecile and Virgelette Schramel.

Preceding Lucille in death were her parents, husband Edwin, daughters Bonnie and Darlene, sisters Winnie DeWenter and Marie Aune, brothers Richard and Clarence Schramel and two infant sisters.
