Lucille was born August 18, 1927 in Eden Lake Township to Matthew and Mary (Kinzer) Lahr. She grew up on the family farm in Richmond and moved to Eden Valley in 1970. She was a member of St. Peter’s and Assumption Catholic Churches. Lucille was employed with Animal Fair, Eden Valley School District, and a care taker for many years, retiring in 2000.
