Low Temperature Sets New Record In St. Cloud Friday Morning

ST. CLOUD - It was record-breaking cold this (Friday) morning in St. Cloud. The National Weather Service says the thermometer dropped to seven below at 12:42 a.m., setting a new record low for this date.

The previous record for November 21st was three below set in 2000.
