Loring Karl Anderson, age 83, of Princeton, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2014. He was born on April 8, 1931 in Wyanett Township, Isanti County, MN the son of Andrew and Mabel (Engstrom) Anderson.

Loring grew up in Princeton and graduated from Princeton High School in 1949. Loring was united in marriage to Bonnie Sales on October 11, 1952 in Clarissa, MN. He was drafted into the US Army and was stationed in France during the Korean Conflict. Loring was a farmer and also a truck driver for Federated Co-ops for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting out west, playing cards and cribbage, yard work and tinkering in the garage. His true joys were spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a member of the American Legion and The Moose Lodge. Loring will be missed dearly by many.

Loring is survived by his wife Bonnie of Princeton; daughter Cynthia (Ron) Winkelman of Zimmerman; grandchildren, Lisa (Karl) Bekius of Princeton and Ryan (Christine) Winkelman of Hudson, WI; great-grandchildren, Gabrielle and Gracyn Bekius and Pierson and Ethan Winkelman; 2 nieces, 2 nephews and many other loving relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son Ross; and brothers Gerald and Leslie.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11AM, Friday, September 26, 2014 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Princeton, with visitation one hour prior to the service. A private burial will be held at a later time.

Arrangements are entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Princeton.
