ST. CLOUD -- In the past two months 16-year-old Riley Johnson has accomplished more than most teenagers due in two years.

Earlier this month Johnson represented the United States in the first international Under-18 Power Soccer Tournament in Paris, where they became World Champions.

Before the tournament Johnson's journey started in St. Louis where he and his teammates held training camp.

While in Paris the team was able to see the sites such as the Eiffel Tower. Johnson says it took a while to adjust to the culture.

During the tournament the team battled with France, Ireland and Finland. Johnson says France was their biggest challenge.

Johnson says it was an experience he will never forget and while he loved winning, it was the friendships made he will cherish.

The tournament was held October 30th-November 3rd.
