Local Groups Serving-Up Free Meals on Christmas Day

UNDATED - There are a few events happening Wednesday for those of you who don't have any plans for Christmas.

The Waite Park Boy Scout Troop is hosting their 28th annual Christmas Dinner.  It will be from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waite Park.  It's open to anyone who is alone for the holiday, or might not be able to afford a Christmas meal.  Rides are available.  You're asked to call ahead so they know how many meals to prepare.  You can also have meals delivered to your home.  For more information, call them at 339-0827.

The Living Waters Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids is also hosting a Christmas Day dinner. It will be served from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The meal is free.  Reservations are appreciated, but they are not necessary.  You can call them at 255-1135.
