PHILLIP ROYAL MILLER HAS BEEN MISSING SINCE AUGUST 6TH 2015

Phillip Royal Miller, age 30, of St. Cloud, has been missing since August 6th, 2015. Phillips family is asking for our help in locating him. He was last seen at a Super America in Waite Park. He was purchasing a beverage and a candy bar.

For many years, Phillip was employed as a Paramedic for The Gold Cross Ambulance Service in St. Cloud.

Phillip is approximately 5' 9" tall, with blue eyes and brown hair, and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He was born October 11th of 1984. Many of his belongings, including his wallet, backpack and credit cards were located near the quarry. However, Phillips driver's license was missing, and his vehicle was found in a different location adjacent to an apartment building.

A friend received a message that evening from Phillips cell phone, but the cell phone has not yet been recovered. That friend alerted police when he received the call.

If anyone has seen anything suspicious, we are encouraging you to contact the following and help this family locate this young man.
