Litchfield Man Hurt After Driving Through Meeker County Intersection

LITCHFIELD -- A Litchfield man suffered minor injuries after driving his vehicle off the road last (Tuesday) night.

The incident happened just after 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of County Road 1 and County Road 23 in Litchfield Township.

Meeker County Sheriff Brian Cruze says 22-year-old Daniel Damian was heading east on County Road 23 when he went through the T-intersection causing the vehicle to go off the road and stop in a field.

Damian was checked out at the scene but was taken to Meeker Memorial hospital by a private party for his injuries.
