He walked 6 and threw 123 pitches. Liriano struckout 2 and gets the win to improve to 2-4. Danny Valencia took a hit away from Carlos Quentin in the 7th inning and a back handed play behind the 3rd base bag to preserve the no-hitter. Jason Kubel his a solo homerun accounting for the lone Twins run. Minnesota managed just 6 hits in the game. The no-hitter for Liriano is the first in Major League Baseball in 2011 and 7th in Twins franchise history. Minnesota snaps a 6-game losing streak and improves to 10-18.
