Level Three Sex Offender Returns To St. Cloud Area

ST. CLOUD -- A Level three sex offender has registered as homeless in the St. Cloud area.

31-year-old Dagan Lasart has served his prison sentence.

The St. Cloud Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Corrections held a community notification meeting about Lasart last February.

Lasart then left the St. Cloud area, but has now returned.

He has told St. Cloud Police that as of today(Friday) his address has been changed to "homeless" in the city.

Lasart was convicted of entering a woman’s home without permission and using a weapon to force sexual contact with the victim.
