Level Three Sex Offender Released, Moves to St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud Police Department wants the public to know that a Level Three sex offender was released from incarceration on Thursday and has moved into the St. Cloud area.

52 year old Marvin Smith lists his address as "homeless," but is expected in the area of the 500 block of 9th Avenue North.

Police and the Minnesota Department of Corrections will be holding a Community Notification meeting on Thursday, June 14th, 6p.m at St. Cloud City Hall to discuss Smith.
