Level Three Sex Offender Not Moving to Eden Lake Township

ST. CLOUD -- Stearns County sheriff's officials say a level three sex offender that was planning on moving to a home in Eden Lake Township today won't be moving there afterall.

39-year-old Michael Klappenbach was to be released from jail today, but continues to be housed there until he can make other living arrangements.

He has been convicted of having sexual contact with a 15-year-old girl that he knew.
