Level III Sex Offender to Move to St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- A level three sex offender is moving into St. Cloud.

57-year-old Harold Beals will move into the 100 block of 14th Avenue Northeast on January 7th.

St. Cloud Police and the Minnesota Department of Corrections will be holding a Community Notification meeting on Monday at 6:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held in the St. Cloud Police Department training rooms.

Beals is not wanted by police and has served his sentence.

He has a history of engaging in sexual contact with two minor females.
