The Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Leo Stanley Wochnick, age 79 of St. Cloud, will be 11:00 AM, Monday, February 29th at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Opole. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. There will be visitation from 4-7:00 PM, Sunday at the Miller-Carlin Funeral Home in St. Cloud and then after 10:00 AM, Monday at the church in Opole. Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish Prayers will be at 4:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home in St. Cloud.

Leo was born on the family farm in Opole on November 22, 1936 to Thomas and Theresa (Symanietz) Wochnick. He spent most of his life in the Opole area with the past years in St. Cloud. He was a Merchant Marine in his younger years. He took over his families farm and he worked as a Fork Lift Operator at Frigidaire in St. Cloud. He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in St. Cloud and a past member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic church in Opole.

Leo is survived by his children, Lisa (Gerard) Yamry, St. Joseph; David (Carey) Wochnick, Cold Spring; Donna (Richard) Ehresmann, Eden Valley; Thomas (Sandy Borstad) Wochnick, Avon; eight grandchildren , two great-grandchildren; and his significant other, Louise Meyer, Little Falls. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Mary Jane Kuklok, Sauk Rapids; Angeline (Don) Eiden, Chaska; Frances (Dan) Eiden, Cologne; Marcella Pilarski, Osseo; George (Ruth) Wochnick, St. Joseph; LaVerne (Robert) Klisch, St. Paul; and his sister-in-law, Mary Ann Wochnick, Hastings.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ralph Wochnick.
