SARTELL - It's been four months since an explosion and fire devastated Sartell's Verso Paper Mill, and this weekend, area churches will collectively host a service in support of those who have been impacted.

"A Night of Remembrance, Prayer and Hope" will be held at the St. Francis Xavier Church in Sartell.

Maureen Otremba, pastoral minister at Sacred Heart Parish in Sauk Rapids says the three part program will be about an hour long. It will include music, video and a prayer to both honor the legacy of the mill, and offer service-goers a chance to grieve loss together.

Otremba says the service is intended to be ecumenical, so people of all denominations are encouraged to come.

The group of churches has been planning the service for several weeks. They're estimating a turnout of around 350 people.

"A Night of Remembrance" begins on Sunday night at 6:00 p.m.
