Larry Freese, 55, Sauk Rapids

March 17, 1960 - August 29, 2015

Larry Freese, age 55, of Sauk Rapids, died suddenly on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, Ronneby. The Rev. Barb Peterson will officiate. Burial will be in the Ronneby Riverside Cemetery, Ronneby.

Visitation from 10 to 11 Wednesday at the church in Ronneby. Service with Dignity provided by the Foley Funeral Home.

Larry Freese was born March 17, 1960 in St. Cloud, to Melvin and Margaret (Rau) Freese. He married Linda Tilly on October 20, 2005 St. Cloud. Larry graduated from Foley High School and worked for Gorecki Manufacturing. He worked for Advance Disposal as operations manager in Buffalo for many years. Larry was a great mechanic and fixed many friends and relatives vehicles. He was very fond of Ford automobiles. He enjoyed camping and fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and talking on the phone with his sons.

He is survived by his wife, Linda, of Sauk Rapids sons and daughters; Jesse (Leah) Freese, Dayton, OH; Daren (Cassie) Freese, St. Cloud; Candace Tilly-Rawles (Tab), Foley; Tammy (Justin) Daunt, Sauk Rapids; mother, Margaret Freese, Oak Park, brothers; Kenny, Oak Park, Keith (Dinah), Oak Park; Terry (Tomsie), Gilman; Gordon (Kathy), St. Cloud, grandchildren; Ashley, Justin, Brooklyn, Dylan, Kayla, Marissa, Christian, Jessilyn, Aiden and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Freese.
