Kwik Trip Store To Be Built At Former Woods Farmer Seed & Nursery

ST. CLOUD - Another Kwik Trip convenience store is coming to St. Cloud along a very busy street. The St. Cloud City Council approved the plan this (Monday) evening to build the store along Highway 23/Division Street at the site of the former Woods Farmers Seed and Nursery.

The council approved the rezoning of some of the property, the realignment of the alleyway, and the consolidation of seven separate properties into one.

Kwik Trip plans to remove the existing nursery building, barber shop/hair salon, a storage building, and two single family homes.

Kwik Trip will build a 7,100 square foot convenience store with 24 hour sales.

Kwik Trip has already been giving approval for other new stores in St. Cloud, St. Joseph, Waite Park, and Sartell.
