ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud metro area could be getting its first Kwik Trip convenience store. The St. Cloud Planning Commission will hear a request tomorrow (Tuesday) to rezone the lot at the corner of Highway 23 and 14th Avenue Southeast.

The applicants want to demolish the existing building, which is an old church, and build a new 7,150 square foot convenience store.

The site would include a 10 pump gas canopy, and four diesel pumps.  Two drive thru car washes would be attached to the west side of the building.

Great River Faith In Action has most recently occupied the building.
