Knife Threat, Drug Possession Leads to Arrest

ST. CLOUD -- A 58-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly using a knife to threaten a woman.

St. Cloud police say the incident happened at about 2:40 p.m. on Wednesday in the 700 block of East St. Germain Street.

Pedro Garcia is accused of threatening a 46-year-old woman with a butterfly knife.  He's being held in the Benton County Jail and is facing multiple charges.

Forty-six-year-old Christine Rhode of St. Cloud was also arrested and is facing charges of possession of a hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia.

And, 26-year-old Ashley Reece was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Todd County, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

There were no injuries during the incident.
