Kleis Says State Of The City To Focus On Finance

ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis will give his annual State of the City address on Tuesday, April 5th.

Speaking on WJON this morning, Kleis wouldn't divulge too much about what his message will be. But, he says it will be heavy on finances.  Kleis says with revenues down but service demands equal to or higher than other years city staff has really stepped up.

The State of the City Address will be open to the public. It starts at noon and will be held at the Civic Center.
