Kathleen “Kate” A. Paulsen, 64, Clear Lake

June 30, 1953 - July 15, 2017

Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 7PM at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in St. Cloud for Kathleen “Kate” A. Paulsen of Clear Lake who died of a sudden illness Saturday July 15. Chaplain Jim Neppl will officiate and relatives and friends may call from 4-8PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Kate was born in St. Cloud to Robert and Mary (Meyer) Christinsen. She was employed as a pharmaceutical purchaser for the St. Cloud Hospital for 33 years retiring in 2014. Kate enjoyed gardening, knitting, was passionate about cooking, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister and will be missed by all who knew her.

Kate is survived by her husband, Jim; son, Rob of St. Cloud; grandchildren, Teagan and Talen Ruprecht; mother Mary Christinsen of St. Cloud; sisters and brother, Linda (Steve Rengel) Christinsen-Rengel of Roseville, Susan (Daniel) Laudenbach of St. Augusta, Sandra (Steve) Huberty of St. Cloud, Michael Christinsen of Maple Grove, and Carol Christinsen of North St. Paul.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Jessica Ruprecht and her father Robert.
