Kathleen K. Coborn, 68, Emily, Minnesota

July 28, 1946 - May 14, 2015

Memorial service will be 11:30AM Monday, May 18, 2015 at Hilltop Chapel, Palisade, MN for Kathleen K. Coborn who passed away peacefullly on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at her residence in Emily. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the chapel on Monday.

Kathleen was a loving Mother and Grandmother. She was a longtime resident of Sauk Rapids MN. Kathleen was very involved in her Church and School board at Trinity Lutheran Church. She also enjoyed her time involved in The Sauk Rapids Jaycees, Women of Today. Kathleen was a past President and district director. She was also honored by the State Jaycees as a "Key" Woman in 1982.

Kathleen loved the outdoors. Her hobbies were camping, fishing, four wheeling, boating, and gardening. In 1996 she built her home in Emily MN. She moved "north" and loved living the upnorth lifestyle. She became an active member at Hilltop Chapel of Palisade MN. She loved to put her touch in the chapel and on the grounds.

Kathleen dedicated her life to her Children and Grandchildren. She loved Christmas and always made every holiday special. She was an amazing, selfless woman.

Kathleen is survived by her daughter, Chanda (Eric) Gebhardt of Sauk Rapids; grandchildren, Adam, Abigail, Sophia Imholte, Gavin and Jase Gebhardt, Chloe, Mya, and Norah; mother, Vivian Kelm; siblings, Chet (Sherry) Longville, Bill (Mary), Margo (LeRoy) Davidson of Sauk Rapids, and Debbie (Gary) Barney of Sauk Rapids.

She was preceded in death by her father, Emil; and daughter, Cara Coborn.
