Judgeship Opens in Benton County

FOLEY -- Minnesota's Commission on Judicial Selection has announced a judgeship vacancy in the Seventh District. With Benton County Judge James Hoolihan's retirement, an open seat needs to be filled in Foley.

The application process is open from now until Thursday, February 28th.

The selection committee will interview candidates in March and Governor Mark Dayton will make the appointment sometime after the interview process has been completed.
