LITTLE FALLS -- A Morrison County judge has made partial changes to a Little Falls man's bail who is charged with murdering two teenagers on Thanksgiving Day.

The judge kept unconditional bail at $2-million, but lowered the conditional release from $1-million to a $500-thousand bond or $50-thousand cash. The conditions would require 64-year-old Byron Smith to surrender his passport and his guns. He must also not leave the state of Minnesota.

Smith is charged with killing 17-year-old Nicholas Brady and 18-year-old Haile Kifer after the teens broke into his house on Thanksgiving Day.
