Juanita Mary Tabor, 84, St. Cloud

February 2, 1931 - December 26, 2015

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, January 2nd at 11:00 AM at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Juanita Mary Tabor, age 84, of St. Cloud, who died on Saturday at her home surrounded by her loving family. Rev. Ernie Martello OSC will officiate. Entombment will be in Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call on Saturday after 10:00 AM at the Church.

Juanita was born February 2nd, 1931 in Lonsdale to John and Martha (Herda) Simon. She married Anthony “Tony” Tabor on August 11th, 1956 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Faribault. She lived in St. Cloud most of her life. Nita was first and foremost a loving wife and mother. She was a dedicated and faith-filled member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church.

Survivors include her children: Laurie Mullin (Mike) St. Cloud, Terri Zehms (John) Ham Lake, Amy Deaver (Jeff) Hastings, Marty Tabor, Duluth, and Chip Tabor, St. Cloud; grandchildren: Andrew, Jacob, Peter, Rebekah, Ana, Luke, Isaac, Rachel, James, Leah, Matthias, Blake, Tiffany, Harrison, Abigail, Tori and Chloe; great-grandchildren: Noah, Julian, and one on the way; brother Rod Simon (Mary) Sioux Falls, SD.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Tony, August 22nd, 2005.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.

The family would especially like to thank all the dedicated caregivers and staff of Home Instead and St. Cloud Hospital Hospice.
